One neurotherapy session costs $350 and lasts for the duration of 45-50 minutes — however occasionally they are shorter, depending on the demands of the brain and body. We offer sliding scale fees to some individuals who are in economic hardship. Programs are more cost effective. We do this to encourage you to attend a minimum of 10 sessions to have an opportunity to experience progress toward your goals. Neurofeedback is less like medication and more like a training regimen in noticing effects. Although many people see improvement within 3-5 sessions, some see strong improvement in 10 sessions. With 20 sessions, research often backs up "cementing" of what the brain has learned in the first 10 sessions and the new brain patterns become more solidified and are more likely to be permanent. The number of sessions you may need depends on your brainmap and symptoms (see here for average treatment time based on symptoms).
Progress is best when neurotherapy is done a few times a week at the same time per day. This is easiest if you establish a regular appointment schedule.
